Mitch Fearnley is an independent designer operating as Mitch Fearnley Design Ltd, providing architectural design and draughting services from his Kaikoura office.
He has completed many projects in the Kaikoura area, as well as Leeston, Lincoln, Hurunui and Christchurch areas.
With 10 years’ experience in the building and construction industry the design process is achieved in a realistic, practical and efficient manner whilst taking the clients individual desires into account.
Communication, problem solving and transparency are vital during this process.
Past work includes new houses, additions, alterations and renovations.
